Gloria Poehler studied Human Factors Engineering at TU Berlin with a focus on the automotive domain. After her studies she worked at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) as a research assistant with her main scientific scope being the influence of trust and mental models on take over behaviour in automated vehicles. During her 5 years in the Volkswagen Group she has worked as a user researcher and project manager including establishing innovative methods and user-centered development in the field of ADAS/AD. In her current position she is responsible for the user experience of assisted and automated driving functions.
