As the whole industry is ripe for adapting a software defined vehicle strategy (SDV), some of the vehicle manufactures have already taken a holistic approach to build cockpit HMIs. In the development process, they understood the importance of creating a disciplined cross-function teams using HMI technologies that empower the entire organization to collaborate effectively. In this talk, through the lens of several case studies, we will examine in greater detail about how they created a non-zero-sum approach to maximize the productivity for the HMI development.
