The presentation will focus on the data life-cycle in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) within the context of connected vehicles and mobility-related applications and especially the in-cabin monitoring systems. The presentation will cover various aspects of automotive data privacy such as issues related to data generation through sensors, but also implementation of regulations, privacy by design ISO standard, data minimization, as well as the initiatives by the European Data Protection Board and its guidelines.
